Our Gala nights are better than ever, and we will ensure you have a wonderful and memorable night out – a great way to celebrate the Christmas season with friends and colleagues.
A red carpet welcome and a Prosecco drinks reception with homemade canapés on arrival promptly at 7.00pm. Guests take their seats at 7.30pm for a delicious candlelit three course dinner. After dinner, enjoy dancing the night away to our resident DJ until midnight.

By popular demand the dress code for our Gala nights will be smart casual, no jeans or trainers please.

Celeriac and parsnip soup, truffle cream (v)
Smoked Falmouth mackerel paté, horseradish cream, radish, puffed rice
Home smoked chicken and sweet potato tian crème fraiche and pesto dressing, sweet potato crisps
Turkey ballotine, chestnut stuffing, chipolata sausage wrapped in bacon, Brussels sprouts, Chantenay carrots, chateau potatoes, turkey jus, cranberry and bread sauce
Pan fried sea bream, crushed new potatoes with leek, Chantenay carrots, spinach, white wine cream sauce

Christmas Accommodation 2017:
Accommodation rates are available for visiting friends and family before, during and after Christmas.
From Friday 22nd December to Monday 1st January we have special accommodation rates, for the very best rate please speak directly to our team who will be happy to help. The below rates are for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
The rates are per bedroom, per night, including full English breakfast in the Mary Beale Restaurant. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Please note that payment is non refundable or transferable if the booking is cancelled.
