Hotel Information

Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is before 11am.
If you wish to stay after 11am, a charge of £20 per hour will apply.

Please advise reception accordingly.

Meals are served in our Mary Beale Restaurant:

Breakfast: Monday – Friday 7am – 9.30am / Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays 8am -10am
Lunch: Monday – Sunday 12.30pm – 2.00pm

The Terrace bar is available during the day for snacks & afternoon teas.
Dinner: Monday – Friday 7pm – 9.30pm / Saturday 7pm – 10pm / Sunday 7pm – 9pm

We recommend you book a table in advance. Our resident pianist plays live on Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sunday lunches.

Extra beds & cots

Extra beds for children are provided at £20.00 per night and cots are free. Please mention on booking should these be required as they are subject to availability

Families

West Lodge Park welcomes families. Children under 12 occupying their own room are only charged 50% of the room rates when booked direct with the hotel and are charged for meals as taken.

Payments

We accept all credit cards but in order to keep costs down for all our guests we would be grateful if you could use cards in the following order of preference from most preferred to least preferred:
Cash, Electron, Visa Delta/debit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Mastercard credit, Visa Credit, Visa and Mastercard premium and commercial Credit, Diners, American Express.

Cancellation Charges

• If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged at the full rate unless cancelled by 2pm on the day prior to arrival.
• If you fail to arrive, or checkout a day earlier than expected, you will be charged at the full rate, unless your room is re-let or we have received notification by 2pm on the day prior to arrival.
• We request that all reservations are confirmed with a credit/debit card number, and you are reminded that this constitutes a contract between yourself and West Lodge Park Hotel, which is governed by English law.
• Accommodation deposits are non refundable, but can be held against a future booking.
• If you do not confirm with a credit card number, by 2pm on the day prior to arrival, your booking will be released.
• For bookings on the day of arrival, we require a further refundable deposit for any charges that may be incurred.
• These conditions do not apply to Apex rates which are bookable in advance and non-refundable
• For the comfort of all our guests, West Lodge Park is a completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms, or any activity which leaves a distinguishing odour will result in a minimum £100.00 cleaning charge in order for us to restore the room back to an acceptable condition.
