I wanted to say 'thank you' for allowing us to attend the concert on Friday evening. Both I and my mother had a lovely time; as well as the talented musicians, mum was particularly impressed with the meal and the wonderful company at dinner!

Thanks again for your generosity in letting staff attend these events.

Mary Howell called me on Wednesday morning to thank you and the wonderful restaurant staff for a fantastic evening at the concert last Friday.

They were a table of 8, it was her husband’s 80th birthday and she said she simply cannot praise the restaurant staff enough who looked after them superbly. She also said that the concert was just wonderful.

Guy Fawkes Bonfire Night Dinner & Dance Saturday 5th November 2011

Further to our telephone conversation last week, I am writing to advise you that at our recent Committee Meeting, our members requested that I write and thank you personally, and indeed all of your staff at West Lodge, for making our weekend with you so special and enjoyable. They were particularly impressed that we were able to have our own private room and how attentive your staff were that evening and throughout the weekend.

We were blessed with such good weather that quite a number enjoyed walking in and around the grounds during Saturday and Sunday morning.

We met with Mr. Trevor Beale this week and he was so pleased to hear how much our Music Section members enjoyed the weekend at West Lodge and how you and your Staff had created such a special weekend.

We are all looking forward to another weekend with you, maybe at another time of the year and I would be very pleased if you could forward one or two of your 2012 Events Brochure.

Dear Andrew

I just wanted to let you know that the course was very informative and detailed and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day which was very well run and very professionally put together with lovely food throughout the day.

My partner would be interested in doing this course but I understand that another day is not yet planned. I attended with a girlfriend whose husband was on a golf trip with my partner and we asked if they could have a private course at all but we were advised to contact you on this subject.

Dear Sharon,

I am writing on behalf of the NSPCC Barnet and District branch to thank you so much for all your friendly and efficient help in respect of our Musical Soiree last night.

Not only did we have the beautiful Lancaster Room for the concert but also the John Evelyn Room for the reception and interval which was a delight for our guests in being able to move around in such lovely surroundings. Your kindness in giving us these rooms on a complimentary basis meant that we were able to raise over £1700.00 for the NSPCC which was a great result.

Thank you, and also Adam and the other members of staff, for helping us to make it such a successful evening.

I have of course writing separately to Andrew, to express our warmest thanks.
