| We have over 200 members of the team at Beales Hotels. Many have been with the company for over 20 years while our two longest serving members of the team, Tony King and Ian Thompson, have been with the firm for 37 years each ! Just as the Beale family have been working in the firm for eight generations, several members of staff have seen three generations of service to the hotels.
