    Hi Katie,

    I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for all your help on our wedding day. The room looked lovely and all our friends and family had a fantastic time and I can honestly say other than the fact that we were running late due to the church I enjoyed every second of it and wasn't stressed at all.

    Thank you also for the breakfast the following day, it was great being able to speak to all our family without me worrying about anyone treading on my dress, incidentally it was my new husband that did that most!

    Good luck with your wedding plans, I'm sure it will be brilliant as you do so well at your job it will be a breeze.

    Thank you again, and hopefully see you next year on our anniversary.

    To All at Beales,

    We would like to say a huge thank you to Katie, Kieran and all the rest of the staff at Beales for your help and support (particularly Katie) during the build up to our wedding. And to Kieran and the staff who provided an amazing service on the day and the following day at breakfast and check out.

    We couldn’t have wished for anything more than the first class service. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and many went out of their way to make sure everything went off without a hitch. All our guests were made to feel welcome by the staff, and were also very impressed by the building and the beautiful artwork within it.

    We really cannot express how eternally grateful we are for everything you did for us which made our day so fantastic. Could you also pass our thanks on to the lovely DJ who kept the party going with all the right music. We look forward to returning for our anniversary celebrations.

    Hiya Katie

    Hope you are well - thanks for the note, yes we went on honeymoon to Italy. We got back late Sunday and then I jumped straight into a 2 day away conference for work, not ideal but it was ok. So i haven't had a chance until now to reply to your message.

    Everything went brilliantly! The room looked absolutely amazing - better than I thought it would. When it all came together it looked perfect - thank you and your team for everything you did. The whole decoration of the room was spot on, with the lights and candles it was like walking into something magical (I know that sounds cheesy but you know what I mean!). Outside looked lovely as well. So many people also commented on it being the best wedding breakfast they had ever had, we seriously had so many comments on the great food.

    Huge huge huge thanks to Kieran was it? Sorry his name escapes me. He was just the best support person all day - he was constantly on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly and whenever we needed his help he would act on it immediately and it would be sorted in no time - he was brilliant so please pass on my thanks to him. The whole team in fact were very professional and polite.

    And the private breakfast was really nice as well - everyone commented on how lovely it was to have a private room the next day - so thanks for that as well.

    Was everything ok when we left?? We didn't damage anything or leave anything that needs picking up??

    Thanks again Katie - it was the best day of my life and Beales was the prefect place to host the celebrations!!

    Dear Katie,

    We hope you are well and have enjoyed the bank holiday weekend!

    As promised, we wanted to send over a few pictures from our wedding on the 6th of August, and to thank you for all of your hard work and support both in the lead up to the event and on the day itself!

    Throughout the last year, we have found you to be extremely attentive and supportive of every aspect of our wedding. You have given us fantastic advice about the running of the day, and it seemed as though there was no detail too small. The room was set-up beautifully and your professionalism and care significantly reduced the stress surrounding this type of event, and enabled us to feel relaxed and thoroughly enjoy our day!

    On the day itself, the Beales staff were nothing short of outstanding! The whole event ran like clockwork from start to finish, and we received so many lovely comments from our guests on the superb choice of venue. Might we also take the opportunity to compliment your chef and kitchen staff on an excellent meal!

    We will undoubtedly be back at some point, and will be recommending you to all of our friends!

    Hi Gemma!

    I hope you are well and that all is good with you!

    I just wanted to drop you a quick Email & Thank you for your help the morning of our wedding! You really were great that morning and you helped keep me calm & kept everything in order for me! We had such a lovely day and we’d like to Thank everyone at Beales Hotel that helped make our day so special! Everyone commented on how beautiful the hotel is & that the food was delicious, we were very pleased with how attentive the staff was especially when we sat down for dinner! We felt really well looked after! Even having the separate breakfast for the wedding guests in the Salisbury suite the next morning was perfect!

    Lots of friends and family commented on how great the DJ was, one of my friends have asked me for his contact details as she would like to book him for her husband’s 40th Birthday party – is it possible for you to provide me with them?

    All in all we had a truly fantastic day, it could not have gone any better :-) we look forward to our anniversary meal at the Hotel restaurant in July 2012 :-)

    I wanted to say a huge thank you to Beales for providing me and my husband the most spectacular wedding day we could have ever wished for.

    I did not expect anything less than perfect yet some how Chris and his team still managed to exceed our expectations for the day. Every part of the team pulled together and made the day perfect. Chris showed exceptional professionalism which was noticed by all, including my father, who still is still commenting on how hard the team worked and how spectacular the day was.

    All of our guests commented on the quality of the hotel, the service and the food. It made me very, very proud to be part of Beales.

    Your generous gift was unexpected but very kind of you, thank you very much.

    Kieran,

    I am sure that Charlotte and Jonathan will express their appreciation about their wedding when they return from their honeymoon.

    From our perspective, my wife and I want to say how much we appreciated the way in which the wedding arrangements were handled by the Hotel. I know that there have been a couple of changes in personnel since Charlotte first contacted the Hotel but have to say that the people involved have always been friendly, helpful and professional.

    On the day itself, you conducted the wedding event itself, from the reception through the meal and for the rest of the evening, in the same manner i.e. friendly, helpful and professional.

    All of the staff provided an excellent service; we were particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency shown when providing an alternative starter and main vegetarian meal for two of our guests; also the way in which the waitress waited to take away the packaging from the kosher meals.

    We are continuing to get feedback from our guests, all of it very positive and very impressed with the Hotel.

    Just a short note to thank you for your help and assistance in arranging the reception for Sally & Stuarts wedding you attention to detail was magnificent. In fact the whole team at Beales made the reception run really well. From the receptionist and Nathan on my arrival who had been so helpful and later Kieran made sure that all went well.

    The Buckland Suite was looking superb and all the waiting staff excellent. Would you please pass on my gratitude to all concerned not forgetting the chef and all in the kitchen and back room staff for helping me through the day, you are all a credit to Beales hotel.

    We wanted to write and say thank you so much for all of your hard work and efficiency in ensuring we had the most perfect wedding. We had only 6 months to arrange our wedding day and you made this a smooth and carefree journey for us both.

    We were surprised and loved the exotic fruit, chocolates and wine that were delivered to our bedroom shortly after we checked in – such a lovely added extra. No job was to small and you always listened to our requests.

    We love the Beales Hotel and even more so now that we have experienced our wedding reception there. We look forward to our Christmas party this year and would definitely use your hotel for other family/business functions in the future.

    We are back off our honeymoon now and I just wanted to say thank you very much for everything. The day went really well, the food in outside-in was lovely, and it was great to have that intimate meal with my closest family. The Buckland suite looked great and the food, I am told was really good (we couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day).

    Thank you very much for being so helpful and efficient on Saturday/Sunday as well as during the planning. All the right bags ended up in all the right rooms (phew!) and the guests were delighted with the hotel. I had quite a few very positive comments. It certainly added to the total success of the entire wedding. It’s just a pity that we weren’t able to put-up more of the guests there instead of having to use the Remada.

    Re: Hilsden Prest Wedding

    Our daughter and her fiancé brought us to your Hotel yesterday so that we might see the wedding venue for ourselves and also to clear some outstanding queries they had. Afterwards we were ablt to have a meal in the Outside In Restaurant.

    The staff went to so much trouble for us, both in answering the queries and in showing us the accommodation. Nothing seemed to upset them and they went out of their way to make helpful suggestions. The meal was superb and, again, the staff were so helpful and caring that we felt really "at home"!

    Now we are looking forward with keen anticipation to the wedding in February and we know that everyone will have a stress-free day, thanks to your staff.
