Contemporary bedrooms
Facilities in our contemporary bedrooms include : En suite bathroom with Grohe fittings and heated floor, air conditioning, queen size Hypnos bed with Egyptian cotton linen and feather and down duvet and pillows, trouser press and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, Gilchrist and Soames bathroom toiletries, free wifi and wired broadband, flat screen LCD TV with many channels including Sky sports 1,2,3, original artwork, opening windows, work desk and lamp, armchair, enclosed wardrobe, and luggage rack.
Executive bedrooms
Our Executive bedrooms include all the facilities of our contemporary bedrooms and in addition include : Larger bedroom, king size Hypnos bed, in room safe, bathrobes, slippers, additional deluxe Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, complimentary newspaper and quarter bottle of red wine per person.
Luxury suite
Our suite includes all the facilities of our contemporary and executive bedrooms and in addition adds a second bathroom for him and her, or for family use, a large sofa which can be converted into a very comfortable extra double bed, twice the space of our Contemporary bedrooms, two LCD satellite TVs, and two work stations.
Accessible bedrooms
We have three accessible bedrooms at Beales Hotel with a selection of facilities to make life easier for you. These include additional bathroom handles, wet room shower, lower spy holes, longer bathroom mirrors, wider space for turning around, wider doors, bathroom and bedroom alarms, full DDA compliance.
Extra beds and cots
Extra beds are provided at £20.00 per night and cots at £10.00 per night. Please mention on booking should these be required as they are subject to availability.
Check in and check out
Check in is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, but can be sooner if your room is ready. We respectfully ask our guests to check out by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late check out is available on request (subject to availability) at a chargeable rate. All rates are subject to change, without notice.

Payments
Rates include VAT @ 17.5%. For payment we accept: Cash, cheque with bankers card, sterling travellers cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club.
Cancellation charges
- If you cancel your reservation you will be charged at the full rate unless cancelled by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival.
- If you fail to arrive or checkout a day earlier then expected, you will be charged at the full rate unless your room is re-let or we have received notification by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival.
- We request that all reservations are confirmed in writing or with a credit card number and you are reminded that this then constitutes a contract between yourself and Beales Hotel which is governed by English Law.
- Accommodation deposits are non-refundable but can be held against a future booking.
- If you do not confirm in writing or with a credit card number by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival, your booking will be released.
- Bookings made on the day of arrival must be paid in full.
