  • Roasted pepper, aubergine & goats cheese parcel, wilted spinach, pesto (v)
  • Roasted butternut, caramelised onion, cheese & potato cake, wilted spinach and mushroom fricassee (v) (g)
  • Chicken supreme, potato hash, spinach, carrot bundle & peppercorn sauce
  • Supreme of salmon, parsley crushed potatoes, bok choi, black pepper vinaigrette
  • Free range chicken supreme wrapped in bacon, dauphinoise potato, green beans, carrots, diablo sauce
