Valentines menu:

Starters

Warm white onion soup, stilton & walnut croque monsieur
Beetroot & vodka cured Scottish salmon, orange, gherkin and fennel salsa
Roasted aubergine & sun blush tomato tartlet, olive dust and balsamic

Salt beef croquettes, little pea emulsion and carrot & radish salad

Mains:

Fillet of beef wellington, crushed swede, spinach and port reduction
Roasted duck breast, potato fritter, bok choi and ginger scented jus
Pan fried fillet of sea bass, saffron risotto, chorizo and crispy leeks
Mediterranean vegetable & filo pastry roulade, wilted greens and tomato pesto

Dessert:

Iced mango parfait, passion fruit sorbet and sherbet
Strawberry and white chocolate mille-feuille, dark chocolate syrup and milkshake
British cheese selection, grapes, celery, quince jelly and oat biscuits
Dark chocolate fondant, Bailey’s ice cream and brittle
