Starters

Cream of broccoli soup, stilton and walnut crumble

Pressed chicken & wild mushroom terrine, spinach puree and puff pastry

Salt baked beetroot & parmesan tartlet, rocket leaves and olive oil

Pan fried fillet of mackerel, apple & celeriac remoulade

Mains

Roast sirloin of Hertfordshire beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, beans, carrots and red wine sauce

Pan fried fillet of Arctic chard, roasted fennel, brandy & orange butter sauce

Chicken and wild mushroom ballotine, creamy mash and red wine jus

Goat’s cheese and caramelized red onion pithivier, wilted spinach and pesto

Dessert:

Carrot and orange cake, rum and raisin ice cream

Dark chocolate parfait, raspberry compote and vanilla shortbread

Warm rhubarb and apple crumble tart, vanilla ice cream and caramel
