“Our Housing Association held its second "Away Day" event at your hotel in Hatfield yesterday. About 100 people attended, most of them over pension age and I just wanted to say that we all had a terrific time. We were attended to by very professional and friendly staff, in particular Gemma Holden and Linda Purton the Guest Services Manager. Linda greeted us and gave us invaluable advice on some last minute questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole event ran very smoothly.
