A black tie ball beginning @ 7.00pm with a Champagne and canapé reception in the Salisbury Suite.
A four course gourmet dinner is served @ 7.45pm.
Entertainment will be provided by our spectacular DJ, with dancing until 1.30am.
New Year's Eve Dinner in The Buckland Suite
Dinner is served 7.45pm
- Pressed game terrine, cranberry and apricot granola, syrup
- Vodka marinated salmon, toasted sourdough bread, orange and gherkin salsa
- Oven roasted fillet of Hertfordshire beef, garlic confit potato, green beans, carrots, Madeira jus
- Warm dark chocolate tart, honey-comb ice cream, almond brittle
- Café du Monde coffee or Newby of London tea, mini mince pies and petits fours
