    Just a quick e-mail to feedback to you on the event today.

    We were absolutely delighted with the service you offered and in particular Linda was massively helpful. We collected 30 feedback forms from the 100 people who attended and every single one of them said that the food, venue, parking, and facilities were 5/5 (excellent). Both ourselves and our partners PwC will be very happy to use the hotel again and will more than likely re-book our budget breakfast event with you for next year.     Dear Sir,

    I just want to thank your hotel (particularly Linda Purton) for her kindness and generosity she showed me this morning. I had been scheduled to do a tour of your hotel with my Supply Chain Management students this morning. Unfortunately I made the mistake of giving them an incorrect time and caused a right mess of the whole thing. I must thank Linda so deeply for helping me out and running a second session for my students who would otherwise have had a poor experience. I have never stayed with Beales before but I am sure Linda gives the best of herself to difficult customers like myself, and perhaps I shall have the pleasure of being a guest soon. What you can count on is that I will do my bit by way of word of mouth. Linda literally made my day and I thought this will in a small way show her my gratitude; it almost brought a tear to my eyes how helpful she was. Again thank you all at Beales for the time you commit to aiding our efforts to educate our students. Your input is greatly appreciated.

    Sorry we missed you yesterday, we were running late and you had already left. However, the duty manager (Marc?) looked after us very well last night and your team of staff did a wonderful job today as well.

    Our event went very well and we have had good feedback from attendees who say they would attend a similar event if we were to run one. So watch this space for another possible booking later in the year!

    Re our flying visit:-

    It was a birthday surprise for my granddaughter who is studying at the De Hav site of the University and it was perfect....

    As on our previous visits, every staff member was friendly and helpful and the meal in the evening was superb, we will definitely be back.

    We had a splendid time yesterday evening. It all started on a high when we first saw the room – the tables were beautifully decorated and the overall impression was ‘wow’.

    Karla looked after us extremely well – her team were very polite and efficient and all the arrangements went exactly as we intended.

    New Years Eve

    Dear all at Beales Hotel,

    I wanted to leave a comment on your website but can't seem to find the link;

    I would like to express my gratitude to you all for such a fantastic evening on New Year's Eve, although the the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was great, what surprised us the most was the Staff;

    The Restaurant Manager was so accommodating to all of our needs and made us feel so welcome and at ease with our stay. Including our breakfast, it was not rushed and it was delightful.

    The Assistant Managers (Male and Female) were so very kind and helpful, they ensured we enjoyed our stay and were very professional through-out the evening and morning.

    Our group of 12 would like to thank everyone individually and though I don't usually send emails of gratitude (unfortunately too busy) I wanted to personally take time out to do so for the Beales group.

    Thanks again! And see you very soon (for sure)

The staff of Beales Hotel are commendable and their friendly customer service is of a great asset to your company. Well done!! ..and please pass my deserving comments to all the staff at all levels. I am please to say that this was our fifth visit and we will continue to visit the Hotel in near future.

    I booked a room for my in-laws on Christmas eve, and they were very satisfied with the room/breakfast.

    From my own impression, the room and facilities were all very smart, plus lots of parking. In my opinion, probably the best value hotel in the area.

    Dear Mr Beale,

    I am just writing to you as my girlfriend and I wanted to highly commend your staff at the Beales Hotel in Hatfield. Whether working on reception, the restaurant or housekeeping, they are fantastic advocates for the Beales hotel brand!

    We usually tend just to dine at the OutsideIn Restaurant, but have on occasions taken advantage of the dinner, bed and breakfast internet offers, even though we live locally as it is such a pleasant experience!

    Sumi Saranachchi and his staff deserve a special mention. In particular, Sumi’s attention to detail is and very personable style is second to none. In fact, when we dine, we now feel we are in the company of friends which is something we really appreciate! Please also pass on our thanks to Alex Hendon who is also fantastic although was on duty the last few times we visited.

    The food is fantastic - quite simply the best in the area! It was great to meet Diego recently too!

    Finally, I would just make a few minor comments, which may help to make it even better. Firstly, I think the chairs and furniture in the restaurant seem to be becoming a little tired now, but I believe from your comments on Tripadvisor that new furniture has been ordered anyway.

    The only other thing is the temperature of the rooms we have stayed in on the ground floor was very warm and did actually prevent a really restful night’s sleep. Premier Inn seem to get this absolutely right, but am not sure if anything can be done about this? If ever you require a couple of “guinea pigs” to test newly refurbished rooms then do let me know!

    Overall though, things at the hotel are fantastic!

    To the staff at Beales Hotel,

    I stayed at the hotel on Saturday 13 December 2014 and attended the Xmas party night with 11 friends. The food was excellent, so thanks to the kitchen team - I'd love the recipe for the dark chocolate parfait!

    Staff were attentive and accommodating, especially the reception staff both Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

    The bedroom was lovely - very clean and comfortable.
