That Petrol Devotion

My work is concerned with the relationships between surface, colour, line and movement. The way we ourselves move around within our environments, urban and rural, creating intricate patterns interests me; repetitive, criss-crossing traces of movement, like vehicles moving across the landscapes on motorways or paths trodden through the grass.

These patterns are from junctions on the M25 around London; Junction 27: M11, Junction 15: M4, Junction 12: M3, Junction 7: M23 and Junction 16: M40.
