We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team, which provides high standard cuisine for our fine dining, 70 cover restaurant, in addition to numerous conference and banqueting functions at this busy Hertfordshire hotel.
Salary on application
The role would suit someone with a proven track record
of day to day operation of a busy bar. The ideal candidate
will have a genuine passion for service, flair and creativity
with exceptional interpersonal skills.
